Shipping details

  • All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. After an order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm the order, amount and delivery address. 
  • Shipping costs for an exchange will be borne by the customer.
  • In case of a wrong delivery, Rawayah will cover the return shipping costs.

Return and Exchange policy

Exchange Method

  1. Exchange is only applicable in case of a wrong size or color. The initial product received would first have to be send to us, before we send you the correct size or color. Once received, and inspected, we will send the correct size/color within 15 business days of complaint registration.
  2. Products can only be exchanged if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchange
  3. All delivery charges in case of a size exchange, will be the customer's responsibility.
  4. The customer would have to send the initial product through a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for any missing or lost product.
